The TDT initiative bridges the gap between Ethiopia's emerging tech ecosystem and global best practices — deploying high-fidelity data infrastructure, AI capability building, and institutional knowledge transfer at national scale. DAPS Analytics serves as the lead analytics and data engineering partner, providing the intelligence layer that informs policy, optimizes resource allocation, and tracks progress across Ethiopia's technology development objectives.
